Blogtober Day 7 – Juvia’s Place ‘The Saharan’ Palette Review and Swatches

Hey girlies!

I’ve decided to do a quick post alllll about the newly established Juvia’s Place brand, The Saharan Palette.

I’m not sure how long Juvia’s Place has been around for, but it seems to have popped up out of nowhere lately and became very popular in the UK – maybe it was already a thing in the US?!

I’ve tried and tested The Saharan palette, as it has a range of autumnal colours perfect for the transition into the colder months.

The thing I love about this brand is the bold and bright packaging – if I’m attracted to the packaging, I will nearly always loooove the inside.

Juvia’s Place has a foreign kinda vibe, similar to the Coloured Raine Queen of Hearts palette, which I love as it brings back summer memories of being in the sun.

On initially looking at the palette, it seems there aren’t many colours that will work well together, but after swatching it turns out I was completely wrong!

The pigment in these shades are just right, not too dusty but veeery colourful when swept onto the skin.

There is also waaaay more colours in this palette than it looks like at first glance – BONUS!

I’m slightly confused at why the lady on the front looks the double of Huda Kattan – maybe she is Juvia… Who knows…

Now, onto the important part:

PRO’s:

  • A range of autumnal colours
  • Both matte and shimmer shades
  • Just the right size
  • Bright and bold packaging

CON’s

  • No brush included
  • More expensive price

Have you got any Juvia’s Place? I’d love to know your thoughts!!
