Valentine’s Day Makeup Inspiration

Happy Valentine’s Day guys and girls!

Coming at you with a Valentine’s Day Makeup idea incase you’re heading out on a date night tonight with your Valentine!

The exact same palette/shadows that I have used can be replicated with your own, however I’ve included the products I used to create this look incase you have them!

I had to go for pink tones with some kind of sparkle for Valentine’s Day – for the perfect flirty eyes! This look is just the right amount of glam for a first date, or the 100th date with your side kick…

To create this eye look, I created a base layer with a soft pink individual eye shadow from Makeup Geek. Simply cover the base of the lid and and just slightly above.

Next, I simply shaded the outer corner of my eye and the inner part of the lid – leaving the middle blank! I used the Violet Voss Holy Grail palette, the shade ‘Wine N Dine’ (very unintentionally fitting for the occasion!). Blend this out and add more shadow depending how intense you’d like the look to be.

Now for the shimmer! I used the individual Makeup Geek shadow in the shade ‘Cosmopolitan’ to create a subtle shimmer that goes with the pink tones of the look. Simply sweet shimmer on with your finger for a more intense look, or spray a brush with some water or Fix+ if your lucky enough to own some!

To fill in the brows I used the Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow Pomade – it’s my holy grail for brows I cannot use anything else!

To highlight I simply swept a light layer of Laura Geller Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator on the cheek bones and brow bone ✨

To finish, add a subtle rose pink lip for a flirty soft glam finish! I used the Estee Lauder lipstick in ‘Rose Tea’.

Hope you enjoyed this look! Have a great Valentine’s Day what ever your plans may be!

Love Katie x
